Katie has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017 and opened her own brokerage in February of 2023. Katie shows intense passion for her clients and always has their best interest at heart. Katie will be by your side during the entire process, whether you are buying, selling or investing, she prides herself on being available to clients day or night.

Katie is very detail-oriented and great with time management; this translates to a very smooth transaction for you, because she ensures you don’t have to worry about the little things. She is known to go above and beyond for her clients–from meeting utility companies at the home for out-of-state clients to attending well inspections and more. Katie makes the process easy. Even after you close on your new home, she will be there to check in and make sure everything is still going well. Katie is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, but she is especially experienced with VA and first-time home buyers. Her straightforward, get-it-done attitude is always a joy to be around.

Katie was born and raised in Manchester, New Hampshire until she attended the University of Iowa where she played Field Hockey. From Iowa her goal was to attend Dental School in California until Colorado stole her heart on a weekend trip in 2010 and she never left. Since 2010 she has been passionate about Colorado, real estate and her clients. Katie loves all things outdoors from hiking, fly fishing, hunting, camping and even skydiving! Fun fact: she also has her motorcycle license, two Harley’s and is working towards her private pilot license.
