Katie has had a passion for Real Estate for most of her life. With family in the business as well as being a part of land development projects since she was a small child. Katie has been working in the Real Estate Industry for roughly 10 years. Katie has worked as an assistant to a Mortgage Broker, Office Manager at a top selling luxury agency in the Castle Rock area, Acted as the Marketing Director, and Transaction

Coordinator for some of Colorado Spring’s largest brokerages. As a Realtor®, her first priority is her clients. She has the unique understanding that buying a home is usually one of the biggest and most important purchases of your life. Colorado Springs is such a desirable area to live in that sometimes you spend more time choosing a pair of shoes then you do a home, Katie’s priority is to make sure that you are completely satisfied and happy with the new home you’ve chosen for you and your family. In Katie’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two shelties Pharaoh and Qena.
